1. Choose the right shoe for grants. Selection of products with a short right shoe – 3.8 cm or less – and platform heel and wide. Small heel cushions and less because of the inability to support the foot perfectly.
2. Check the size of the shoes. Installation will be longer and the width increases with age. There is no need for the foot to measure a time to buy shoes, but check your shoe size every few years. For more accurate measurements, stand, because the legs and will expand as you get up.
